With the standard cleaning, we thoroughly clean your gutters and downspouts—both inside and out—to ensure proper water flow and a polished appearance, as well as your fascia. Additionally, we send before-and-after photos so you can see the results for yourself and include our Inspection Report detailing the status of your gutters, fascia, and downspouts so you can be up to date on the state of their condition.

Extend the life of your gutters by years and save thousands of dollars. The Gem Gutter Tune-Up includes our Advanced Home Gutter Cleaning package, as well as re-sealing ALL gutter seams, and installation of new, heavy-duty gutter hangers as needed to ensure proper slope and flow of gutters.

Buried Downspouts
$20 per lineal foot
Unfortunately, it’s common for gutters and downspouts to drain too close to your home’s foundation, which can lead to basement water issues and foundation problems.
At Gem Gutter Cleaning, we offer a simple and effective solution—relocating your downspout to safely direct water away from your home. We’ll ensure the proper slope and bury it underground to keep it out of sight while also protecting it from the elements, lawn mowers, and foot traffic.
Re-Seal Gutter Seams
$25 per seam
Over time, the sealed seams on your gutters—like those at end caps, downspout exits, and in-line seams—can wear down and start to leak.
At Gem Gutter Cleaning, we provide expert seam re-sealing services with professional grade sealant to keep your gutters watertight and working properly.
Replace Damaged/Missing Downspout
$35 per 8 foot section
When downspouts get clogged, water can collect and sit inside them. In the winter, this water can freeze, expand, and damage the seams.
If your downspouts are showing signs of damage—whether from freezing or any other cause—Gem Gutter Cleaning is here to help with professional downspout replacement services.
Install New Gutter Hangers and Help Gutter Slope/Flow Properly
$12 per hanger
At Gem Gutter Cleaning, we install new, heavy-duty gutter hangers with self-sealing screws to keep your gutters secure and long-lasting. We’ll also correct any dips or improper slopes, ensuring proper drainage while preventing water from seeping into screw holes and damaging your fascia board. Our goal is to make sure your gutters are firmly and securely attached to your home for optimal performance.
